Overview
FSCS currently handles insurance claims in respect of policies written by a number of insolvent insurance firms and engages three external firms to carry out that handling on its behalf. It now seeks a single provider of such services to manage handling of the relevant claims and also of claims in respect of future insolvent firms and that the relevant provider delivers that work by way of an appropriate claims handling service and technology solution.
