Clinical Audit Tool

The project aims to procure, where possible, a turn-key commercial off the shelf solution to replace in-house developed tools, for the conduct of clinical audit. Following successful delivery and acceptance of the system the Trust wishes to engage the supplier for operational maintenance and support services. The high-level scope requires an audit tool that: 1. Can interface with in-service systems such as electronic patient record and computer aided dispatch and/or the NWAS data warehouse to import data required to complete regulatory audits, e.g. ambulance care quality indicator (ACQI) returns and/or to conduct local discretionary audits. 2.
