Overview
Paradigm Housing Group (PHG) is setting up a Clerk of Works Framework which will comprise of three Framework Consultants. Paradigm is a developing housing association building approximately 2000 new residential properties over the next five years. Our development portfolio comprises a mixture of land led & regeneration, joint venture, land & build package and S106 schemes across our area of operation. Paradigm appoints a consultant Clerk of Works (COW) for every new build development project, to carry out regular (mostly weekly) inspections to monitor build quality on-site and to attend other meetings and investigate and monitor specific quality issues as required.
