The framework will be awarded under PCR 2015 regulations and last for 4 years – May 2016 to April 2020 We require a maximum of 4 contractors on the Framework Dependent on responses, places may be awarded for different skill types. A similar framework was previously awarded in 2012 The value of work awarded under that framework and that currently outside of framework (to be included) is circa £220k per annum The Framework Agreement will be JCT FA11 Work awarded under the framework will be contracted under JCT Measured Terms 2011.
