Cleaning Service in Communal Areas

North Wales Housing Association is an award winning social housing provider. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 2500 properties. North Wales Housing Association intends to procure a cleaning service to be carried out in communal areas in a range of properties including flats, sheltered housing and office spaces.
