Lincolnshire County Council requires a service for the enforcement of on and off street parking restrictions throughout the County. It is estimated the on street patrol hours will be in the region of 32,000-34,000 hours. As well as the rural areas, the County does have eight large towns in addition to the City of Lincoln.
