The main function is to provide an easy access, user friendly, client-centred service for all injecting and non-injecting drug users within the Leeds Integrated Treatment System. It aims to reduce the harm drug use and misuse causes to individuals and to others (partners, carers, friends and communities) This is an intrim contract for continuation of service delivery until the new contract commences 1st July 2015
