The London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) Children's Commissioning Team is seeking to engage with suitably qualified suppliers to participate in Soft Market Testing for the provision of Children's Home-Based Care services. The information we gain through our market engagement will help to inform our commissioning intentions and refine our specification for these services.
