Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC), is seeking to develop a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of Bidders for the provision of construction materials supply and distribution pertaining to Domestic Energy Efficiency Retrofit and Building Safety Installation Services, who are able to work in partnership with CHIC and its Welsh Clients within the Welsh geographical regions. The Optimised Retrofit project will see homes across Wales made more energy-efficient and safe.
