Overview
CHIC has supported members with previous new frameworks (for construction materials, works and services) and are now seeking to establish a 4-year framework for Kitchen and Bathroom renewals under our members Housing Capital and Investment Programmes. The aim of the Kitchens and Bathrooms Refurbishments is to bring our member's homes with kitchens or bathrooms that are beyond their useful life respectively which is currently 25 and 30-year cycles respectively. The Authority recognises that our members have prioritised Compliance works, we are now in a downcycle of investment for key elements of disrepair.
