In order for the feasibility study to progress, we now require indicative costings for the building designed by Stanton Williams. The costs of construction will feed into the overall feasibility study that Chesterfield Borough Council is preparing for consideration by the Council's Cabinet. In order to determine likely costs for development we now require advice from quantity surveyors/cost consultants.
