WYCA is delivering a programme called SCIP - Smart Card and Information Programme. One of the projects is the CHASE project. The Customer Information Systems project is delivering the CHASE system (Customer Hubs and Service Experience), which is designed to enable WYCA's customers to have a seamless, comprehensive experience of interacting with WYCA, whether for feedback, information, passes application, replacement, renewal and purchase of tickets.
