The East West Railway Company (EWR Co.) is seeking to procure a number of specialist partners in order to assist it in completing the Development Phase of the Central Section programme, with potential to also support the company in the Delivery Phase of the programme. The Central Section programme has been established in order to deliver a railway line between Bedford and Cambridge, with a target date of the mid 2020's for entry into service. EWR Co. intends to conduct a market engagement exercise in February 2019, the details of which will be provided at a later date via the Delta system.
