1. Fluorescence spectrophotometer (and compatible software) with an excitation and emission wavelength between 200 to 900nm, with capacity for cuvette (single/multi) and standard plate reader. Plate shaking and cuvette stirring are essential and temperature control preferred. Easy access to the plate reader is also essential to allow for reagent/sample addition while running assays.
