CCS031/2015 Homeless Hostel Service

Middlesbrough Council is inviting expressions of interest from experienced organizations to provide a Homeless Hostel in Middlesbrough, for people who are vulnerable, socially excluded and homeless or at risk of homelessness.  The hostel will consist of 48 units of fully furnished single person accommodation, together with the space and facilities that can be used for meaningful activities by service users.  Individuals will be supported to achieve a range of outcomes to improve their health and independent living skills.  The service will carry out motivational support interventions, which will be delivered to individual service users or groups, to enable and encourage mo…
