Overview
The current contract provides for the collection (to an agreed collection schedule) destruction and disposal of confidential waste materials which will primarily include printed material but may also include, from time to time, uniforms and digital media generated by the Contracting Authority sites. The Contracting Authority offers community-based services provided from a number of small to medium-sized properties situated in both rural and urban settings across a wide geographic area. The current Contractor has provided collection vessels (predominantly wheeled Eurocarts) in a range of sizes proportionate to the confidential waste arising at each site.
