Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation Programme - Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 Hillingdon Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to deliver (as the sole main-contractor) a programme of Cavity Wall & Loft Insulations over an agreed programme period for 1,594 domestic dwellings in Hillingdon. Works will be delivered via fixed cost contract under the JCT Minor Works 2016 Contract, (MW) with Hillingdon's bespoke amendments. Under the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a supplier questionnaire and its associated appendices and provide a fixed price for completing the chosen Lot.
