Catering & Vending Services

This tender is for the supply of Catering, Hospitality & Vending Services required across all BCU sites. The Tender has been split into two lots as follows: Lot 1 – Core catering: All catering outlets and hospitality Lot 2 - Vending This contract was tendered under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (previously Part B), therefore the tender procedure was subject to bespoke design and timescales accordingly. Only two PQQ responses were received from specialist vending companies in relation to Lot 2, therefore following discussion and evaluation, a decision was taken not to proceed with an award process for Lot 2 vending and include this service within Lot 1.
