Overview

The Assurance and Complex Investigation team is a relatively new function within Post Office which has been created to provide a criminal/complex investigation capability for POL while ensuring that the mistakes of the past are not repeated. Central to this objective is the ability to manage and control investigations using a modern fit for purpose case management system which delivers fully auditable functionality. This is for the provision of an electronic case management system to be operated by the Assurance & Complex Investigation team for the management of POL's investigations.
