Overview
Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified contractor to provide carpet and laminate installation services to empty and newly tenanted properties. This includes measuring, fitting, door strips, shaving and rehanging doors where required, grippers and removal of all rubbish. It is anticipated that 60 properties will require laminate and carpet installations per annum. All properties are in the L9, L10, and L11 post code areas of North Liverpool.
