Carers' Support Service

Bracknell Forest Council is offering a contract for the provision of a Carers' Support Service for a two year period, with optional additions of two further one-year periods. The service will provide information, advice, guidance and outreach support for eligible carers whereby the carer or cared-for is resident in Bracknell Forest. The service will work collaboratively with relevant agencies on development of services for carers.
