Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking a suitably experienced single Provider (the Council would not object to a consortium/subcontracting arrangement in providing these services) to deliver Carers Hub services across Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire using a Framework Agreement. The Provider will work within the community setting, in partnership with health care teams, voluntary and third sector organisations and the Local Authorities as part of a co-ordinated approach to care across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, and to promote the service.
