Overview
Cheshire East Council are recommissioning the care and support services delivered in people's homes across the borough. This is currently known as Care at Home services or Domiciliary Care. These services are statutory services that enables people in need of care to remain living in their own home, whilst being kept safe. For the first time, the Council will be merging the care and support offer for Care at Home and care and support services delivered in Extra Care Housing Schemes as one service provision and contract.
