South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced service provider to manufacture and despatch personalised ITSO smartcards to individual addresses in response to data from the Executive's Card Management System. There is an additional requirement to manufacture and despatch personalised non-smart cards and non-personalised smartcards provided in bulk.
