Midlands Connect is enhancing its MiOutcomes (Carbon Baseline) dashboard and the STB Carbon Assessment Playbook to reflect updates to our evidence base, improve technical infrastructure and enhance emissions insights, particularly around freight. This work will support our Local Transport Authorities in meeting emerging requirements for caron reduction and help strengthen the strategic case for local decarbonisation policies.
