The Parish Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to manage and operate its car parking facilities at the St Marks Park on its behalf. The appointed Contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management, operation, and enforcement of the car parks to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant use of the facilities. The service will include (but not be limited to): Installation, operation, and maintenance of payment systems (where applicable). Councillors would prefer both app and cash options but is flexible.
