Capital Works Framework

Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association wishes to establish a three year non-binding framework agreement with the option in year three to extend the framework period by up to a further twelve months, subject to continued satisfactory performance reviews. Works will be let via a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with standard amendments. The opportunity has been sub divided into four lots as detailed below, the estimated value relates to the maximum four year term.
