Overview

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is proposing to place a four year construction framework agreement to support its housing capital investment programme. It is intended that the framework will commence in December 2019 in sufficient time to deliver the capital programme commencing financial year 2020/2021. Over the term of the agreements the anticipated combined spend will be in the order of £150m with the addition of a new build element. There framework will divided into a number of Lots.
