Cancer Screening Reminder Calls To provide a screening reminder service for bowel cancer and cervical cancer screening in Camden for up to 3000 patients. Budget £30,000 Bowel cancer screening To include: 1. To set up data in each GP Practice 2. Health Facilitator to travel to GP Practices to do calls from their premises 3. To do up to three attempts to reach patients at different dates/times 4. To carry out an education intervention on why it is important to complete the screening kit and what signs and symptoms to look out for 5.
