Trafford Council is seeking a Service Provider to deliver CAN/LD Specific Youth Provision.This contract will be to provide an inclusive youth session in the west locality of Trafford. Continuity of current provision must be provided in delivering one weekly evening group for 44 weeks of the year and one weekly Saturday morning session for 38 weeks of the year. The commissioned service must have a comprehensive understanding of the full range of provision and opportunities available for children and young people with complex and additional needs (including autism) and how families can access them (including the SEND Local Offer and the Trafford Service Directory).
