Overview

TEWV require the provision of a General Practitioners time to provide advice and guidance to the North Yorkshire and York CAMHS Community Eating Disorders team. The service is to be provided weekly sessional basis to provide an average of 4 hours per week support. The General Practitioner will provide: • Email, telephone or tele video and in person advice and guidance and assessment of a young person when there is a clinical need to do so, to assist TEWV medics with prescribing and treatment. • Input into treating patients following the MEED (Medical Emergencies in Eating Disorders) guidance . • The General Practitioner will provide advice and guidance to both our duty clinicians and refe…
