Overview
Objective(s) This call-off contract will: • Provide Ofwat with technical support on cost assessment at relatively short notice. This will include technical assessment of company proposals, including the effect on our ability to use comparators and the impact of reducing the number of comparators; • Provide Ofwat with advice and support in preparing merger impact assessments; and • Provide Ofwat with technical advice in responding to any CMA process including attending hearings or meetings.
