Overview
Ongo Homes (OH) wish to enter into a Contractors Framework Agreement to put in place an approved list of providers in respect of general repair and maintenance works across the organisation. OH currently owns and maintains nearly 10,000 homes across the North Lincolnshire Region and neighbouring areas. This Framework Agreement will run for an initial 2-year period with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods.
