CPC launched a Leasing Services framework in September 2018, despite initial success, the framework model became complex for CPC members and therefore lead to diminishing interest over the term of agreement. CPC believe that by incorporating UnilLinks expertise and assistance with a Leasing Services DPS the usage and support to the members will increase.
