C1024 Emergency Laboratory Analysis Provision

The Contract is for the Provision of Backup Analysis (including the supply of prepared sample bottles) and if required the collection and delivery of samples, in order to provide contingency measures in the event that there is a failure to supply any or all of an analytical service from one or both of NI Water’s laboratories. We are required under the Clean and Waste Water Regulations to provide timely and accredited results to our Regulators, for compliance and operational purposes alongside during major incidents. In addition to any ad hoc backup analysis requirement, there will be a quantum of planned analysis to be carried out at regular intervals during the life of the contract.
