Overview

To help maintain the efficient movement of public transport across Essex, ECC (the Authority) is seeking a Supplier to manage the Bus Lane/Gate enforcement process on behalf of ECC. The Supplier will be required to provide back office services including processing and issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCN's) to unauthorised vehicles travelling through camera enforced Bus Gates and Bus Lanes within the county of Essex; managing the process through to the debt collection of unpaid fines.
