The Service Provider shall make all necessary arrangements for the management and delivery of a bulky household items collection service encompassing landfill diversion activities (including re-use and recycling and recovery, as appropriate, of collected items) all in accordance with the performance requirements set out in this Specification and the Service Agreement.
