Building Services: Term Service Contracts

The London Borough of Merton (“the Council”) is inviting tenders, from those suppliers shortlisted in the initial Supplier Selection stage, to provide reactive and planned preventative building maintenance services to the council’s properties within its operational buildings portfolio. The prime aim of the contracts is to facilitate the safe and uninterrupted provision of services being delivered from the full range of properties.
