LSHTM operates three Building Management Systems on its estate in London WC1. These systems require planned preventative maintenance, repairs and remote monitoring, and in future upgrades and modifications may also be needed. We invite expressions of interest from service providers who are accredited by Distech Controls, Trend Controls and Satchwell-Sigma, or can demonstrate substantial experience of maintaining those manufacturers' products.
