Cornwall Council will shortly be commencing a procurement process to appoint a single consultant to be accountable and responsible for the delivery of capital projects for the Council from RIBA 0 to RIBA 7. The service will include the provision of project and cost management, design, procurement, on-site supervision services and other related services.
