Within the budget specified below, the Council wishes to procure a network of air pollution sensors to measure NO, NO2, PM10 and PM2.5 (CO2 levels would also be of interest but are not considered essential and in the event of significant extra cost preference would be given to the provision of extra monitors over the inclusion of CO2).
