BT1412 Planning Application Assistance

Luton Borough Council is looking to engage qualified organisations to quote for processing and determining Major and Minor Planning Applications submitted to the Council. This will include receiving the applications once registered and validated. Checking to see if the application is valid. Undertaking site visits, ensuring that consultation is undertaken in accordance with Statutory and Non -Statutory requirements. Liaising with our departments and external consultees. Making a professional assessment of the proposals. Completing an Delegated or Committee report, including a recommendation, drafting conditions and negotiating on any S106's. Presenting the item at Committee.
