Overview

Broadacres require new printing equipment for their main office in Northallerton and outlying offices across North Yorkshire and Teesside. This is to replace a range of leased and owned equipment from Konica Minolta and HP. The Konica equipment is on a lease agreement which expires July 2016. The organisation feels by adopting a central contract and print strategy for all devices the service will be improved and costs reduced. A print audit has been undertaken to identify the volume of printing and copying being undertaken. Current estimated quarterly printing volumes are 138,118 pages Monochrome and 146,442 pages colour.
