The Group is aiming to provide a modern, integrated, flexible administrative and management information system to support its Human Resource and Payroll needs. The system will need to be flexible enough to deal with the constantly changing HR environment, yet have the ease of use for users to make the most effective use of its functionality. The system will be key to the Group's 'Mobile Working' agenda, which provides a framework for how staff can best work consistently and fairly, adopting new ways of working where appropriate. The way staff work needs to suit a range of services both now and in the future.
