The British Council is seeking to understand capabilities within the market for delivery of a new cloud based Planning and Analysis Tool, which is expected to be the enabler for the FP&A Target Operating Model (TOM) and redesigned FP&A processes. The aim is to provide better and deeper access to information, and greater efficiency in FP&A processes through workflow, automation and automatic consolidation.
