The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to create a new build linked 1D-2D model of Bradford Beck and its tributaries. The model will be used as the evidence base for the emerging Level 1 and Level 2 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment updates for this catchment. The Council will also use the new model for evaluating flood risk management options in future capital works schemes.
