Overview
• Erect scaffold to front elevation where required. • Take delivery of mewp and scissor lift for rear elevation. • Strip all cladding as required in order to expose all areas of fire barriers in positions indicated on the elevation drawings. Store on site • Cut vertical rails to assist removal of fire barriers and insulation. • Remove old fire barriers • Cut out insulation above and below old fire barriers. • Fit 2no "L" brackets to vertical rails (one above cut and one below cut). • Install AIM galvanised fixing clip & screw as per manufacturers specification. • Install 75mm (60mins) AIM Fire Cavity Barrier to manufacturers specification.
