Bolsover Safe and Warm Scheme

This project will see three of the sheltered accommodation blocks have a full refurbishment of the heating services, including refurbished plant rooms, new distribution pipework and heat emitters to flats and communal areas. In addition Bolsover have decided to install Heat Interface units with integrated heat metering units connected via an MBus network back to a central data logger to provide for remote monitoring and billing (HIU’s) to each flat, this will ensure compliance with the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014 whilst reducing heating and hot water costs to the tenants.
