Board Effectiveness Review service

The CQC is operating in a rapidly changing environment in which health and social care providers will have to adapt their services to the care of people who are living longer with more complex care needs, at a time when there is strong pressure on services to control costs. This will require increased innovation leveraging new technology, and changing models of care. The CQC together with providers, professionals, staff, commissioners, funders and other regulators will need to work jointly with service users, their families and carers towards a shared vision of high quality care in this changing landscape.
