Overview

There is a requirement to purchase a years worth of support for the BlackBerryUEM service that we utilise. The BlackBerry UEM is used as a Mobile Device Manager for managing our estate of Samsung Mobile phones. The support service supplys BSO with a 24hrs support desk contactable by phone and e-mail. This is to help solve any technical issue that arise. The support service also supplies software updates and bug fixes to the servers. This is vital to ensure the integrity of the servers and to mitigate against any posible cyber attacks.
